Nazareth Dancers - Successful 2010 Boston Competition! The February 2010 Boston Dance competition saw the Nazareth Dancers competing with the top dance schools in New England. Nazareth Dancers had a successful competition scoring 8 gold medals, one silver, three 1st place, four 2nd place, and overall High Score for Production and the Nazareth Dance studio's MULAN. The evening entertainment award went to BUSINESS OF LOVE, selected out of 100 numbers competing. Dance scholarships finalists (out of 250 who auditioned): Nazareth Hall Middle School 8th graders Angelica Hill and DaKwan Tomlinson; Nazareth Academy 9th grader Brianna Rivers and 10th grader Amber Parker. Dance scholarship winners: single convention scholarship went to DaKwan Tomlinson (8th grade). A year-round scholarship went to Brianna Rivers (9th grade). Amber Parker (10th grade) won a dance scholarship to the millennium Dance Complex in Los Angelos CA.! Unbelievable! A lovely way to end a very special weekend for The Nazareth Dance company. Congratulations to all!
